It is a very complex communication network that directs vital functions by controlling each organ or system. 

It is in charge of maintaining internal balance, and allows the person to relate to the environment that surrounds him.

Activity: Experiment to bring a cockroach to the class in a bottle and cut the head with scissor and then look 

what happens with it then answear these four questions:  What happens to the cockroach after removing the 

head? If it has no head, what controls its movements? How is the roach's nervous system similar to that 

of humans? How are they different?
